Milna Beauty Shipping Policy

ARTICLE 1. OBJECT
This shipping policy defines the terms and conditions applicable to the shipping of a product to the customer by the Publisher.
ARTICLE 2. PARTIES
This shipping policy is applicable between Milna Beauty, a sole proprietorship registered with the RCS of France, under number 94067780000010, headquartered in France. VAT not applicable, Article 293B of the CGI, hereinafter referred to as "the Publisher," and any individual or legal entity, private or public, registered on the website to purchase a product, hereinafter referred to as "the Customer."
ARTICLE 3. DEFINITIONS

Product: Any good sold on the Site by the Publisher to the Customers.

Site: The website accessible at the URL of Milna Beauty, including any sub-sites, mirror sites, portals, and related variations of URLs.
ARTICLE 4. SCOPE OF APPLICATION
The Site is freely and freely accessible to any Internet User. Navigating the Site implies the User's acceptance of this shipping policy. Simple connection to the Site, by any means, including via a bot or browser, will constitute full acceptance of this shipping policy. Upon registration on the Site, this acceptance will be confirmed by checking the corresponding box.
The User acknowledges having read and accepted this policy without restriction.

ARTICLE 5. DELIVERY
5.1. Shipping Costs
Shipping or handling fees will, in all cases, be specified to the Customer before any payment.
5.2. Delivery Time
Orders are delivered within 7 business days from the full payment of the price by the Publisher.
Certain products or order volumes may justify a longer delivery time than 7 business days. This will be clearly stated to the Customer during order confirmation.
5.3. Damaged Parcel
In the case of delivery of a visibly damaged parcel, the Customer must refuse the parcel to benefit from the warranty offered by the carrier. The Customer must also inform the seller promptly, so that a new parcel can be prepared and shipped after the return of the damaged parcel. In such cases, the delivery times indicated above will no longer be applicable.
5.4. Retention of Title - Transfer of Risk
Ownership of the delivered products remains with the Publisher until the products are delivered to the Customer, unless the parties have expressly agreed in writing to exclude this clause.
The Customer assumes the risk associated with the products from the time of order. During the retention of title period, the Customer must insure the products at their own expense against any damage and provide proof to the Publisher upon first request.
ARTICLE 6. FINAL STIPULATIONS
6.1. Applicable Law
This shipping policy is governed by French law.
6.2. Amendments to the Shipping Policy
This shipping policy may be modified at any time by the Publisher. The shipping policy applicable to the Customer is the one in effect at the time of their order or connection to the Site. Any subsequent connection to the personal space will, if applicable, constitute acceptance of the new shipping policy.
6.3. Disputes
Under Ordinance No. 2015-1033 of August 20, 2015, any dispute with a consumer Customer arising from the execution of these general conditions that cannot be resolved amicably must be submitted.

6.4. Entirety
The invalidity of any clause in this contract will not result in the invalidity of the other clauses, which will remain fully effective. In such a case, the parties should, as far as possible, replace the invalid clause with a valid clause that corresponds to the spirit and purpose of this policy.
6.5. Non-Waiver
The Publisher's failure to exercise any of its rights under this policy cannot be interpreted as a waiver of those rights.
6.6. Telemarketing
The Customer is informed that they can register on the list to oppose telemarketing at http://www.bloctel.gouv.fr/.
6.7. Languages of the Shipping Policy
This shipping policy is available in English.
6.8. Unfair Clauses
The provisions of this shipping policy apply subject to compliance with the mandatory provisions of the Consumer Code concerning unfair clauses in contracts between professionals and consumers.
